Increased Discovery Bound Resets. The number of price-discovery bounds was increased for nearly all assets:

• 1 reset: HOOD, INTC, PLTR, COIN, ORCL, AMD, MU, SNDK, CRCL, NFLX, SKHX, TSM, JPY, EUR, BABA, COPPER, NATGAS, SMSN, PLATINUM, CRWV, PALLADIUM, EWY, EWJ, LITE, MRVL, DRAM, CBRS, ARM, BB, QNT, AVGO, NBIS.

• 2 resets: TSLA, META, MSFT, GOOGL, AMZN, MSTR, PURRDAT, NVDA, GOLD.

Higher Leverage + Tighter Discovery Bounds. For TSLA, META, MSFT, GOOGL, AMZN:

• Max leverage raised 10× → 20×

• Discovery band tightened 0.10 → 0.05

SPCX IPOP had it's discovery bound set to 0.30 from 0.20 and discovery bound resets to 3 from 7.
